## Frequently asked questions

**What languages do you support for transcription?**  
We support English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, and 60+ other languages.

**Can I import recordings from other tools?**  
Yes. We offer imports on our Pro plan. You can upload your old audio files, and Voicenotes will transcribe, summarize, and index them so your AI can "learn" your recording history immediately.

**Do you train any models on my data?**  
We do not allow third parties (like OpenAI or Anthropic) to use your data to train their AI models. Voicenotes does not train on your data.

**Is Voicenotes SOC 2 compliant?**  
Yes, Voicenotes is [SOC 2 compliant (via Vanta)](https://trust.voicenotes.com/). All data is encrypted at rest, never used for AI training, and only accessible via your authenticated request.

**My colleagues and I already have Pro Voicenotes accounts. Can we switch to team billing?**  
Yes! Just log in to your account, go to Settings, and click on "Teams". Follow the instructions and you'll be set.
